**Room Comfort and Cleanliness** Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. Upon arrival, we found hairs in the bed and bathroom. Additionally, the duvet didn’t have a proper cover, but was instead placed between two sheets, which caused the bedding to come apart during the night, leaving everything in a mess. **Temperature Control** The air conditioning was difficult to manage—either too hot or too cold. It was also quite loud, making it challenging to sleep peacefully, and when we turned it off, the room became stuffy with no air circulation. **Bathroom Issues** The bathroom had several issues that impacted our stay. The faucet on the sink was poorly mounted, causing water to spill over the counter and soak our belongings. The ventilation system was very loud, and because it turns on automatically with the light, it was disruptive at night. We also noticed the power outlet in the bathroom wasn’t functioning, making it inconvenient. Lastly, the showerhead was fixed to the wall, which limited flexibility, and the inability to control the water pressure was impractical for everyday use. **View and Noise** We had a great view from the 16th floor, though one of the windows was quite dirty from the outside, which slightly hindered the experience. Occasionally, we could hear some noise from outside, but nothing significant enough to disturb our sleep. **Other Amenities** The in-room coffee maker was very useful and appreciated, but it would have been even better to have a small fridge in the room for added convenience. **Breakfast and Dining** On a positive note, breakfast was excellent. There was always a good variety, and we never had trouble finding a seat, even during our 10-day stay. Overall, there were a mix of positive and negative aspects during our stay, and while we enjoyed certain elements like the breakfast and view, some room and bathroom issues affected our experience.

Location ideal, room smallish but adequate, clean and livable in, bed very very comfortable. Breakfasts in dinning room were good, food plentiful and varied, hot food hot, loved the scrambled eggs. Your reception staff at front desk were polite, friendly, professional and helpful. Special mention Chutney, (photo below) she is a bonus on the front desk, easy to speak with, more than helpful with knowledge of New York and how to get around. Has a great smile which us flashes at you all the time. She is great publicity for your Hotel. Top floor bar has excellent views over part of the city.

Geoffrey

I have stayed in New York many times. This has been one of the better hotels I have stayed in. I had concerns that many of the reviews mentioned that the breakfast room was busy, and it was; but no more than other hotels. We always managed to get seated, and the food we wanted. Location is brilliant, and I will e staying there again. Staff were so helpful.

John

Very good Midtown location and right by MSG, 34st subway and also opposite Moynihan Train hall for the Amtrak. Generally all okay in hotel, although more expected for price. But Hotel staff were freindly and helpful.

Timothy

Good location, close to the center. Pple who work there always available for help or any other questions
